Return, Exchange & Refund Overview
Got something, but it wasn’t what you wanted? We’ll accept your product(s) within 15 days of purchase for either an exchange or store credit. Items can be processed for a store credit or exchange, as long as there are no signs of wear, damage, or tags missing from the product since the date of purchase.
For products that require local pickup:
For products sold on our website, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after picking up your item(s)to request a return. Within 15 days, you will be able to obtain a store credit or exchange the item(s) by scheduling an appointment to come to our showroom and selecting new items.
For products that require shipment:
For products sold on our website, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Within 15 days, you must let us know at email@example.com that you would like to return your item(s) for us to begin the return process. After emailing us, you must also pay for the return shipping back to us, in order to get a store credit.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will then issue you a store credit for the amount of the item(s) returned back to us.
To start any kind of return (local or not), you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will then assess your case and give you options based on your date of purchase. It’s important to note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
Items marked as “final sale” on the website cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item(s), please get in touch with us.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept returns on sale items or items marked as “final sale”.
For local exchanges, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know when you would like to schedule an appointment to come to the showroom and select new items for your exchange. Please note that your exchange will only be processed if you notified us within 15 days of your pickup for the order in question.
Notification after the 15 days of receipt will result in a final sale for the item(s) and cannot be exchanged.
If you have notified the Skilled Accents Team within 15 days of receipt of purchase, that you would like to return an order, you could qualify for a store credit valued for the item(s) that need to be returned.
If we are notified after the 15 days of receipt of your order, it will become a final sale and no store credit can be issued.
Skilled Accents issues store credit for those seeking a refund for their purchase. If you ship items back to our showroom, we will notify you once we’ve received the item(s). Upon receipt to our showroom, we will inspect your returned item(s), and let you know if it qualifies for a store credit or not. If approved, you’ll be given a refund for the value of the returned item(s) in the form of a store credit gift card.
